Paul Deslauriers has twenty-five years of experience as a community organizer, management coach, organizational development consultant, and workshop facilitator. He was coordinator and coach for a collective of 287 local grassroots communities spread throughout the United States and Europe.

Presently, Paul is the Executive Director of Community Organizing for Action (Co-Act), which is involved with locally produced energy, ending hunger and malnutrition, public transportation, and local currency. Paul also gives workshops throughout the country involving grassroots community development and improving group performance.
